We admit to being cake purists with a flair for the dramatic here at Bliss Bakery. Like all our baking our cakes and cupcakes are made from completely raw ingredients - no mixes or shortcuts. We use real butter, whole eggs, natural vanilla and Belgian chocolate and you can definitely taste the difference. After all, cakes and cupcakes should taste as good as they look!

Our icings are true buttercreams or natural meringues and natural colours are used whenever possible.

We think cakes and cupcakes are just a little bit special so we don't always have them in the shop, however you can order them for a special occasion whenever you like. Our unique flower tops are very popular for weddings and showers. Custom designs for your special occasions are always possible with a consultation with our cake specialist.
