Bliss Bakery opened in 2005 as the vision of Barry and Darci Yeo. Tired of mass produced, homogenized food that lacks soul, we created Bliss Bakery to offer unique, fresh alternatives crafted from scratch using time honoured techniques. We use only the very finest ingredients, no chemicals, no preservatives and no hydrogenated oils.

Bliss is about the simple pleasures in life - great food, moments for ourselves, time with friends. It is a place that allows people to take a pause and remember what simple fulfillment is about, whether that's a quiet moment watching the lake with a coffee, laughing with friends over a shared dessert or bringing fresh, delicious bread to the home of someone special.

More than just a bakery, Bliss has become something unique. We are your village bakery. Your corner coffee shop. Your all event caterer.
