No one has more fun creating salads than the bistro crew at Bliss. We delight in taking the crispest fresh produce and slicing, dicing and dressing it in beautiful vinaigrettes and oils. Fine balsamic vinegars pair beautifully with any of our breads and take a salad to new levels of wow!

We also have a bit of a pasta fetish here at Bliss so some of our salads feature a pasta that is not that easy to find, has a unique twist to it and simply doesn't look like anyone else's salad. More importantly than looks you certainly won't forget the simplicity of great fresh flavor combinations. Nothing finishes a Bliss salad as well as a generous addition of fresh organic dill, mint, cilantro or basil.
